ParkVista is a private residential building in Čačak. According to the project page it has 67 apartments and 2 commercial units over two basement levels, a ground floor and six upper floors, with 74 garage spaces, 6 electric-car chargers and 2 lifts. BCILITY created the brand and built the sales website.
Choosing an apartment online
Someone buying an apartment is choosing a floor plan, a floor and a price. The site puts all three in front of them and shows which units are still available.
What we built
- Availability floor by floor. Each floor shows how many units are still free, with its floor plan one tap away.
- An apartment list with grid and table views, sorting, and filters for number of rooms, area, status and floor.
- A status for every unit: available, reserved or sold.
- Unit cards with a 3D view, area and price, both total and per m², or "on request" where the developer prefers.
- Favourites, so buyers can shortlist units and come back to them.
- A gallery of visualisations, and pages on build quality and location.
- A mobile quick-action bar for calling the sales team.
