Cvetnjak is an event venue in Čačak, run by ISHRANA DOO, that hosts concerts and other events. Recent events on the platform include concerts by Indira, Jakov Jozinović, Saša Matić and Crvena Jabuka. BCILITY built the ticketing platform, and we also develop, maintain and operate it: under the platform's terms, BCILITY DOO sells the tickets in its own name.
What we built
- Event pages with date, time and ticket types, and an archive of past events.
- Ticket and seat selection. The purchase flow is: choose the event, choose the ticket type and seats, then choose how to pay.
- Online payment by card through Raiffeisen with 3-D Secure, or by IPS QR code.
- Tickets by email as PDFs with a QR code for entry.
- Announcements by email, so visitors can sign up to hear about new events.
- Serbian and English versions of the whole platform.
Running a platform, not just building one
Because BCILITY is the operator of record, the platform has to do more than take payments. Tickets are sold in our name and the fiscal receipt is issued by us, so ticket sales sit inside Serbia's fiscalization rules rather than beside them. Operating it ourselves also means the platform is maintained by the people who wrote it.
Technology
Next.js with locale-based routing for the Serbian and English versions, behind Cloudflare. Past events are served from a public API, so the archive stays current without manual updates.
