Microsoft 365

Adoption & training

Most companies use a fraction of what their Microsoft 365 licences include. Adoption work is usually the cheapest productivity gain available to you.

You are already paying for more than you use

A typical Business Premium licence includes Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Intune, Entra ID Premium, Defender and Bookings. Most companies use email, some file storage and Teams for calls. The rest is paid for and idle. That is not a licensing problem, it is an adoption problem, and it is the cheapest improvement available: no new spend, no procurement, no implementation project. Just showing people capability that is already switched on and waiting.

How adoption actually sticks

Not through a one-off all-staff session, which people forget within a fortnight. It sticks when training is role-based, short, tied to a task somebody does regularly, and delivered close to when they will use it. We start by watching how work is done now and finding the specific frictions: the report rebuilt by hand every Monday, the approval chased by email, the file that exists in five versions. Then we target those. People adopt a tool that removes a task they dislike; they ignore a tool that was announced at a meeting.

Including Copilot, honestly

Microsoft 365 Copilot is a per-user cost on top of your existing licences, and whether it pays back depends entirely on whether people already work in Microsoft 365 properly. Copilot summarising a meeting is valuable if meetings are in Teams; it does nothing if your documents live on a network drive. So we will tell you when adoption of what you already own should come first. It usually should, and it costs less than the Copilot licences would.

We build capability in your team so adoption continues after we leave, rather than fading in a month.

An honest view on Copilot

Whether it pays back depends on how well you already use Microsoft 365. Often adoption should come first.

Frequently asked questions

Is adoption training really worth paying for?

It is usually the highest-return work available, precisely because it requires no new licences or infrastructure. You are already paying for the capability. The only cost is showing people how to use it in the context of their own job.

Should we buy Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Only if your people already work inside Microsoft 365 properly. Copilot draws on your meetings, documents and mail; if documents live on a network drive and decisions happen in email chains, it has little to work with. Fix that first and it costs less than the licences.

How is training delivered?

Short role-based sessions, online or on-site, in Serbian or English, with follow-up materials. We keep groups small enough that people will admit what they do not know, which is where the actual learning happens.
