Subscription management

Renewals reviewed before they roll over, seat changes handled by a person, and one invoice instead of several arriving on different dates.

The administration nobody owns

Licence administration tends to belong to whoever noticed it last. Someone joins and needs a seat. Someone leaves and their licence keeps billing. A renewal passes automatically at the old quantity. A department buys something directly and nobody tells finance. None of it is difficult, but it needs an owner, and in most small and mid-sized companies it does not have one. The cost of that is invisible precisely because nothing ever breaks: the bill simply grows and nobody can explain why.

What we take on

Seat changes on request, usually same day. New starters licensed before their first morning rather than after. Leavers removed promptly rather than at the next renewal, which is the single most common source of wasted spend. Renewals come with a review before the date, not a notification after it: here is what you hold, here is what has actually been used this year, here is what we suggest changing. You decide. Nothing renews silently at last year's quantity just because nobody looked in time.

One invoice, and someone to ask

Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure arrive on a single invoice in your currency, with tenant and product breakdown so it can be allocated internally rather than absorbed as a single line. And when something on it is unclear, you ask a person who knows your environment. That sounds minor until the first time finance queries a fifteen percent increase and the answer takes ten minutes instead of a fortnight of portal archaeology.

What you get

Reviewed before renewal

What you hold, what was used, what to change. Nothing rolls over silently at last year's quantity.

Joiners ready on day one

Licensed and assigned before their first morning, not after they arrive and cannot sign in.

Leavers removed promptly

Not at the next renewal. This is the single most common source of wasted licensing spend.

One consolidated invoice

Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Power Platform and Azure together in your currency, broken down by product.

Allocatable internally

Breakdown by tenant and product, so cost can be attributed to departments rather than absorbed centrally.

Someone who knows your setup

A query about a line answered in minutes by a person, rather than a fortnight of portal archaeology.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a separate fee for this?

No. Subscription management comes with buying your licences through us. The commercial model is that we are your CSP partner; administering it properly is part of that rather than an extra line.

How quickly can seats be added or removed?

Usually the same working day. Additions can be immediate where someone needs access urgently. Removals take effect according to your billing term, which is one of the things worth understanding when choosing between monthly and annual commitments.

We have several tenants across group companies. Can that be consolidated?

Yes. Multiple tenants can be managed under one partner relationship with a single invoice broken down per tenant, which is usually a significant simplification for group finance functions.
