Microsoft 365 licences
The same Microsoft 365 licences on the same terms, bought through a partner who knows your systems and will tell you when a cheaper plan does the job.

Which plan you actually need
Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, E5 and the frontline F plans differ in ways that are not obvious from a comparison table. The question that matters is rarely which has more features; it is which includes the specific things you will actually use. Business Premium is the one most small and mid-sized companies should look at closely: it adds Intune device management, Entra ID Premium with conditional access, and Defender, which most companies otherwise go without or buy separately at higher cost. E3 becomes relevant above 300 users or where specific compliance features are needed. E5 is genuinely required less often than it is sold.
Mixing plans is normal
Very few companies should put everyone on the same licence. An office worker, a warehouse operative who needs only email on a shared terminal, and a director who travels constantly have different requirements and should cost differently. We look at who does what and assign accordingly, usually finding that some people are over-licensed and a few are under-licensed in ways that create risk. Frontline F plans in particular are widely overlooked and are substantially cheaper for staff who do not need the desktop applications.
What buying through us changes
Commercially, nothing: the licences and the terms are Microsoft's. What changes is everything around them. One invoice in your currency covering Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure together. Changes handled by someone who can be reached. Monthly or annual terms, with the trade-offs explained rather than defaulted. And because we implement these products rather than only reselling them, the person advising on your plan is the person who knows what you are running. A reseller who only moves licences cannot tell you that you are paying for Premium seats doing Essentials work.
What you get
Advice, not just a price
We implement these products. The person recommending a plan knows what you actually run.
Mixed plans where they fit
Office staff, frontline workers and travelling directors have different needs and should cost differently.
One invoice, your currency
Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and Azure consolidated, billed locally rather than in separate foreign charges.
Monthly or annual
Both available, with the trade-off between flexibility and price explained rather than chosen for you.
Changes handled by a person
Adding, removing and reassigning seats through someone you can reach, not a portal ticket queue.
Reviewed, not renewed
We check utilisation before renewal, because unused seats renew silently and nobody notices.

Frequently asked questions
Is it more expensive than buying direct from Microsoft?
No. CSP pricing is competitive with direct, and you additionally get local billing, consolidated invoicing and someone to ask. The advisory work typically pays for itself through right-sizing alone.
Can we move our existing licences to you?
Yes. Transferring a subscription to a new CSP partner is a standard process with no disruption to users, no downtime and no change to your data. It usually happens at your next renewal date.
Is Business Premium worth the step up from Standard?
For most companies, yes, because it includes Intune, Entra ID Premium and Defender. Buying those separately costs considerably more, and going without them is a security gap most companies are carrying without realising.
