Buy Microsoft licences from people who use them

BCILITY is a Microsoft CSP partner. You get the same licences on the same terms, with someone who already knows your systems handling renewals, seat changes, and the question of whether you need that tier at all.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Microsoft CSP partner?

CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) is the Microsoft programme through which partners sell and manage Microsoft cloud subscriptions. As a CSP partner, BCILITY supplies Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure on the same terms, bills them on one invoice, and is your first point of contact for questions about your subscriptions.

Is it more expensive than buying directly from Microsoft?

No. CSP pricing is competitive with buying direct, and you additionally get local billing, one consolidated invoice and someone to ask. A licence review usually recovers more than any difference, because most companies pay for seats or tiers they do not use.

Can we move our existing subscriptions to BCILITY?

Yes. Transferring Microsoft 365 or Azure subscriptions to a new CSP partner is a standard process with no downtime and no change to your data or resources; only the billing relationship moves. It usually happens at your next renewal date, and you keep full administrative access throughout.

How do we know we are not paying for licences we do not need?

We review utilisation before each renewal instead of letting it roll over. The most common findings are Business Central full users who only need Team Member licences, and seats belonging to people who have left. The review uses usage data you can verify yourself, and if we find nothing significant, the report says so.
