What mobile is genuinely for
Work that happens away from a desk. Field service engineers recording what they did and what parts they used. Drivers confirming deliveries with a signature and a photograph. Warehouse staff picking and counting with a barcode scanner. Sales people checking stock and pricing in front of a customer. In each case the value is the same: data captured where and when it happens, instead of on paper that gets typed in on Friday, by which time three details are wrong and two are missing.
One codebase, both platforms
We build cross-platform with React Native, so iOS and Android come from one codebase. That halves the build and, more importantly, halves the maintenance for the several years the app will live. Native modules handle anything platform-specific, so nothing is given up for the convenience. Offline is designed in from the start where the work needs it, because a warehouse with patchy coverage or a technician in a basement should not be blocked. Data queues locally and syncs when the connection returns, with conflict handling that is decided deliberately rather than discovered in production.
Store deployment and what follows
Publishing to the App Store and Google Play is a process with its own requirements: developer accounts, privacy declarations, review cycles and rejection reasons that are not always obvious. We handle it, including the resubmissions. Where an app is internal only, distribution through Intune or a private channel avoids the public stores entirely, which is usually simpler and keeps your operation out of public view. Afterwards, apps need maintenance: Apple and Google both ship breaking OS changes annually, and an unmaintained app eventually stops working.

Frequently asked questions
Cross-platform or fully native?
Cross-platform for the large majority of business applications: the performance is indistinguishable and the maintenance cost is roughly half. Fully native is worth it for heavy graphics, intensive background processing or deep platform-specific integration, and we will say when that applies.
Can the app write directly into Business Central?
Yes, through its APIs. This is one of the most common things we build: warehouse or field staff posting directly into the ERP from a phone, without needing full Business Central licences or desktop training.
Could this be a Power App instead?
Sometimes, and it would be cheaper. Power Apps suits internal tools with straightforward interfaces and modest volumes. A real mobile app is the better answer when it faces customers, when the visual design matters, or when offline and device hardware are central. We build both and will tell you which fits.
