Generic Business Central courses teach the Cronus demo company. People come back, open their own system, and nothing looks the same: different chart of accounts, different document layouts, different custom fields, different approval rules. We train on a copy of your environment. The screens match, the data is recognisable, and the exercises are tasks people will do on Monday. That sounds obvious, but it is the single biggest difference between training that sticks and training that is politely forgotten.
Who we train
End users get role-based sessions: sales order processing for the sales desk, purchase and receiving for the warehouse, banking and reconciliation for finance. Short, practical, and specific to what that person touches. Key users get a deeper session on configuration, permissions and reporting, so you have someone internally who can answer the everyday questions without raising a ticket. Developers get AL training: extension architecture, events, testing and the upgrade-safe patterns, which is where most self-taught AL code goes wrong.
Format and materials
Sessions run online or on-site, in English or Serbian. We keep groups small enough that people will actually ask questions, because the silent ones are the ones who quietly keep using the old spreadsheet. You keep the materials: written guides for your processes, not a generic manual. Recordings are available where you want them for onboarding new staff later, which turns a one-off cost into something that keeps paying.

When should training happen?
Close to go-live, not months before. People forget what they cannot immediately use. We usually run key user training earlier, because they help shape the configuration, and end user training in the fortnight before cut-over.
Our team already uses Business Central but not well. Can you help?
That is one of the most common requests, and often the highest return. Systems get used at perhaps half their capability because nobody was ever shown the rest. We start by watching how people work now and target the gaps that cost the most time.
Can you train our in-house developers in AL?
Yes. We cover extension architecture, event-based development, the test framework and the patterns that keep code upgrade-safe. Practical AL, taught by people who ship and maintain published AppSource apps.
