We are not tied to one vendor. We work with Microsoft Copilot and Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini and open-weight models, and choose per task based on the data, the latency you need and the running cost, tested against your real cases rather than published benchmarks.

Not with the setups we deploy. Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI do not use your data to train the underlying models, commercial APIs can be used under contractual no-training commitments in a region you choose, and open-weight models can run entirely on infrastructure you control.

Only if your people already work inside Microsoft 365 properly. Where meetings are in Teams, documents in SharePoint and mail in Outlook, the return is real; where they are not, better use of what you already pay for comes first. We recommend a small pilot across two or three roles before licensing the whole company.

With one high-volume process where mistakes are recoverable, such as routing incoming email or reading supplier invoices, with a person approving the AI's proposals at first. If you are unsure where AI pays off at all, a short strategy assessment produces a prioritised plan, and sometimes the honest answer is to fix data quality first.
