Managed IT support
Your IT department, on an agreed response time, for companies too small to employ one and too dependent on technology to go without.

What managed IT covers
The daily reality: a laptop that will not connect, a new starter needing accounts on their first morning, a printer nobody can reach, a password reset, a phone that stopped syncing mail. Individually trivial, collectively a real drag on everyone if there is no defined place to send them. Underneath that sits the work that prevents the next batch: patching, monitoring, licence and device inventory, backup verification, and dealing with your other suppliers so your staff are not the ones chasing an internet provider.
How it works
Requests arrive by email, phone or portal, get logged, and stay visible until resolved. Response targets are agreed by severity and written down: a company-wide outage is not the same as a request for a second monitor, and treating them identically serves nobody. Most issues are handled remotely and resolved the same day. We keep documentation of your environment, so the person answering is not starting from scratch. You also get monthly reporting on what came in, what caused it, and what we changed to stop it recurring.
Where we differ from a general IT provider
We are primarily a Business Central and Microsoft 365 partner. That means when a problem crosses from generic IT into your ERP, your Power BI reports or your identity configuration, it does not become somebody else's ticket. That boundary is where most managed IT relationships fail. The helpdesk can reset a password but cannot explain why a posting routine is slow, and the ERP partner does not answer questions about printers. Here it is one team and one number.
What you get
Agreed response times
Written down by severity, so a company-wide outage and a second-monitor request are not treated identically.
Same-day remote resolution
Most issues fixed remotely the day they arrive, without waiting for somebody to travel to your office.
Patching and monitoring
The preventive work that stops the next batch of tickets, rather than only reacting to the current one.
Joiners and leavers handled
Accounts, licences and devices ready on day one, and properly revoked on the last one.
We deal with your suppliers
Internet provider, hardware vendor, telephony. Your staff should not be the ones chasing them.
IT and ERP under one roof
When a problem crosses from generic IT into Business Central or identity, it does not become somebody else's ticket.

Frequently asked questions
How small is too small?
There is no lower limit. Companies of five to ten people often benefit most, because they have no internal IT at all and currently rely on whoever is most technical. Arrangements scale from a few hours a month upwards.
We have one internal IT person. Is this still relevant?
Often yes, as support rather than replacement. A single internal person cannot cover holidays, illness or deep specialisms, and is usually consumed by daily requests. We can take the routine load or provide the specialist depth, whichever is the actual constraint.
Do you come on site?
When it is genuinely needed, such as hardware failures or new office setups. The large majority of issues are resolved remotely and faster that way, which is better for you than waiting for a visit.
