Vaš Upravnik is a system for managing residential buildings, developed by BCILITY. It connects building managers with residents: notices, decisions, fault reports and documents live in one place instead of on a noticeboard and in a dozen phone calls.
Signing in without another account number
Residents rarely know their building's internal identifiers, but every one of them has a maintenance bill. Vaš Upravnik lets a resident sign in with the payment reference code from that bill plus a password, so getting started needs nothing they do not already have. Building managers register separately.
What we built
- Notices from the manager to residents, with push notifications.
- Voting on building decisions.
- Requests and fault reports with status tracking, so a resident can see what happened to a report rather than reporting it twice.
- Records of buildings and residents for managers.
- Document management for the building's papers.
- An installable web app (PWA) that works like a mobile app without going through an app store.
- A public demo and a help section covering the main tasks.
